Il 2014 è stato un anno che ha fatto registrare una situazione particolarmente preoccupante a livello politico ed economico. Non soltanto non è stata affatto superata la grande crisi finanziaria esplosa nel 2008, solo in parte riassorbita negli Stati Uniti e ancora particolarmente acuta in Europa, ma si sono moltiplicate e aggravate le tensioni interne in molti Stati, le attività terroristiche e le crisi diplomatiche e militari in aree di prossimità con il nostro Paese. E il primo trimestre del 2015 non sembra aver invertito il trend di instabilità e insicurezza globali.
Abstract
At the end of February 2015 the Italian Information System for Security presented to the Parliament and published its Information Security Policies Report 2014. This contribution reviews that document, takes into consideration the most important points of the Report (especially dealing with risks and threats for national security – not only of terroristic kind – and the activities of Italian intelligence services) and analyses them in the context of the recent and deep changes of International Order and the evolution of Italian information services in the last decade.
